Above is a selection of salads we have had on our weekly menus.  All can be adapted to suit dietary requirements

Even though or menu changes weekly, the general make up of our salads remain the same.  There is always a base of mixed leaves - it is a salad after all! 

Each one also has some kind of grain, whether it be pasta, brown rice, quinoa or bulghur wheat.  We also have a selection of vegetables, they're not just good for you but they look pretty too!  

Eash also has its main protein ingredient, whether it be chicken, pork, lamb, cheese, beans, pulses, tuna or salmon.  Depending on the type of salad, it can also have a mixture of proteins and carbs.  As we have mentioned on numerous occasions balance and variety is important to us - realistically who wants to eat the same thing for lunch every day?
