Healthy Food For Everyday People

Here at Bowls Healthy Eating, the dishes we have on our menu are dishes that we eat on a day to day basis. Not because they are healthy or good for you but because we genuinely like to eat them – the health benefits are just an added bonus!

For us, being healthy is not just about choosing a certain meal for lunch once a week, or eating food that you don't like the taste of purely because it is “healthy”.

This is not sustainable. For us, this is a way of living – eating good food to fuel your body and exercising regularly to stay strong and fit. What you put into your body has a direct impact on how you feel – both physically and mentally.

As much as we love the odd pizza or cheeseburger and chips, it really is all about maintaining a healthy life balance.

All of our dishes are made with real food and are refined sugar free. We try to keep them as low in saturated fat as possible while still including the good fats needed by our bodies.

It is also important to us to use local suppliers as much as we possibly can.  There are some things that we can't get locally - avocados for example, but we are committed to using local independent companies to get our tea, coffee, bread & as much fresh produce as we can by supporting local.
